We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to help drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand Panui Tech’s digital services portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for digital marketing and a proven ability to convert leads into long-term business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and digital channels.
2. Qualify leads and understand client requirements across SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Web Development.
3. Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) with all lead interactions.

Client Engagement & Sales

1. Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos of our SEO, Ads & Social services.
2. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and tailored solutions based on client needs.
3. Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

Account Coordination

1. Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Creative, Web) to ensure smooth project onboarding.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact during the handover period.
3. Track performance and assist in client retention strategies.

Market Research

1. Monitor competitor activities and market trends across industries.
2. Identify potential service gaps and recommend new offerings or improvements.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus.
• Energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated.
