Position Overview:
Panui Tech is seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Head to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a creative powerhouse with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to translate client objectives into compelling visual and written content. As the Head of Creatives, you will oversee the entire creative process, from concept to execution, ensuring that all creative outputs align with our clients’ goals and brand identities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of designers, content creators, and copywriters to develop innovative and impactful digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the creative direction for all projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with account managers, strategists, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Manage the entire creative process, from brainstorming and concept development to final production and delivery.
- Ensure that all creative outputs, including graphics, videos, copy, and interactive content, adhere to brand guidelines and are delivered on time.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually push the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the creative team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Oversee the allocation of creative resources and manage project timelines and budgets.
Review and approve all creative work before it is presented to clients, ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity. - Participate in client presentations and pitches, effectively communicating creative concepts and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, web, video, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, from concept to execution.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to both internal teams and clients.
- Deep understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and the latest digital marketing trends.
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) and an understanding of web development processes. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
