Position Overview:
Panui Tech is looking for a highly organized and motivated Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and is eager to start a career in project management. As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our project management team to ensure that our digital marketing projects are executed efficiently and meet our clients’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (designers, developers, content creators) to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Maintain project documentation, including timelines, project plans, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Help manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Conduct research and gather information to support project planning and decision-making.
- Participate in client meetings and assist in preparing presentations and reports.
- Assist in post-project evaluation and lessons learned documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
